摘要
石斛多糖是兰科石斛属植物中的主要有效成分,具有抗氧化、调节免疫、抗炎以及降血糖等生物活性,开发前景广阔。本文综述了石斛多糖的理化性质、消化吸收机制、提取工艺、主要生理功能及其在动物生产中的潜在应用价值。
Dendrobium polysaccharide is the main active ingredient in the genus Dendrobium,and has the biological activities of anti-oxidation,immune regulation,anti-inflammatory and reducing the blood sugar level and so on,,which has broad development prospects.In this paper,the Dendrobium polysaccharide physicochemical properties,digestion and absorption mechanism,extraction process,main physiological functions and its potential application value in animal production were reviewed in order to provide references for better development and utilization.
