摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌是市场上应用最广泛的饲用益生菌之一,具有耐酸碱、耐挤压、耐高温等特点,具有促进营养物质消化吸收,提高生产性能、饲料报酬和免疫力的作用。阐述了枯草芽孢杆菌的理化性质、作用及作用机制,并综述了国内外学者在动物生产中应用枯草芽孢杆菌的研究成果,以期为枯草芽孢杆菌更好地应用于动物生产提供参考。
Bacillus subtilis is one of the most widely used probiotics in the market,which has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance,extrusion resistance,high temperature resistance,etc.,and can promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients,improve production performance,feed reward and immunity.The physicochemical properties,functions and mechanism of Bacillus subtilis were described,and the research achievements of Bacillus subtilis in animal production at home and abroad were summarized,in order to provide reference for the better application of Bacillus subtilis in animal production.
