摘要 [目的]探讨玫瑰的扦插繁殖技术,研究玫瑰品种、温度、插穗老熟程度、沙床的不同处理、基质、外源激素等对玫瑰扦插的影响。[方法]以5个玫瑰品种的当年生长的枝条为试验材料,通过不同品种、温度、插穗老熟程度、沙床、基质、外源激素等处理,测定了插穗成活率、50%生根时间的变化情况。[结果]滇红扦插生根最快,成活率最高;玫瑰扦插最适宜温度为32~35℃;采用半木质化枝,全光照喷雾沙床,用腐熟牛羊粪混合拌土(比例1∶5)的肥壤土作为基质扦插的玫瑰容易生根,且成活率高;用ABT+H2O2复合处理插穗成活率高,生根效果明显。[结论]高温、半木质化枝、全光照喷雾、肥壤、激素利于玫瑰扦插繁殖。 [Objective]The aim was to explore the cuttage propagation technology of Rosa rugosa,and the effects of Rosa rugosa varieties,temperature,old maturity of cuttings,different treatments of sand bed,matrix and exogenous hormones on Rosa rugosacuttage were studied.[Method]The branches of five rose varieties grown in the same year were used as experimental materials,the survival rate of cuttings and 50%rooting time were measured by different varieties,temperature,aging degree of cuttings,sand bed,matrix and exogenous hormones.[Result]Yunnan red rose had the fastest rooting and the highest survival rate;the optimum temperature for Rosa rugosacuttage was 32-35℃;Rosa rugosacuttage with semi-lignified branches,full light spray sand bed,and fertilized loam soil mixed with decomposed cow and sheep manure(1∶5 ratio)were easy to take root and had a high survival rate;the survival rate of cuttings treated with ABT+H2O2 was high and the rooting effect is obvious.[Conclusion]High temperature,semi-lignification branch,all light spray,fertilizer soil and hormone were beneficial to cutting propagation of Rosa rugosa.
