响应面法优化黑土豆中花青素提取条件的研究

摘要 以黑土豆为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法对微波提取的黑土豆提取液中的花青素含量进行测定。通过单因素和响应面试验设计得出黑土豆中花青素提取的最佳条件:乙醇的浓度60%、浆汁与乙醇体积比为1∶20、微波辅助提取温度为50℃、微波辅助提取时间为20 min。测得黑土豆提取液中花青素的含量为0.166 7 mg/mL。 With black potatoes as the research object,and its microwave-extracted anthocyanin solution was studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Through single-factor and response surface experiments,the optimum technological parameters of black potato anthocyanins extract were as follows:ethanol concentration was 60%;volume ratio of seriflux to ethanol was 1∶20;microwave-assisted extraction temperature was 50℃and the microwave-assisted extraction time was 20 min.The content of anthocyanin in black potatoes was 0.166 7 mg/mL.
