摘要
用酸性甲醇溶液对黑豆皮进行提取,并用微波-分光光度法在提取溶剂为1%盐酸甲醇溶液(体积分数)、盐酸浓度为1%、浸提时间为8h、提取温度为60℃、提取料液比为1∶20、微波处理时间为70s条件下,对黑豆皮中的花青素含量进行测定,结果表明:黑豆皮中花青素平均含量为3.880mg/g。该法测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.91%(n=6),加标平均回收率为96.2%。该法可用于黑豆皮中花青素的提取及测定。
With hydrochloric acid methanol solution of 1% (volume fraction) as extraction solvent,under the conditions that hydrochloric acid concentration of 1%,extraction time of 8 h,extraction temperature of 60 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 20,microwave treatment time of 70 s,to determine the anthocyanins content in black bean peel.The results show that the average content of anthocyanins in black bean peel is 3.880 mg/g,the relative standard deviation is 1.91% (n=6),the average recovery is 96.2%.The method can be used for the extraction and determination of anthocyanins in black bean peel.
