摘要
为探讨有机肥替代化肥对日光温室番茄生长及品质的影响,采用 100%施化肥、有机肥替 代 10%化肥、有机肥替代 20%化肥和有机肥替代 30%化肥 4 种处理,测定日光温室番茄株高、叶 片叶绿素、叶片含氮量和产量等指标。结果表明:不同有机肥替代化肥处理对番茄株高没有影响;番茄叶片含氮量、叶绿素含量和番茄果实 Vc 含量,均以有机肥替代 30%化肥处理最高,不同施肥 处理之间差异不显著;番茄果实硝酸盐和有机酸含量随有机肥替代化肥量的增加而降低;有机肥替 代化肥增加了番茄产量,并随替代量的增加而增加,有机肥替代化肥 10%、20%和 30%分别比对照 增产 0.71%、12.34%和 13.68%。
In order to explore the effect of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on the growth and quality of tomato in greenhouse, by four kinds of fertilization treatments, conventional fertilization, organic fertilizer instead of 10%, 20% and 30% fertilizer treatment, the growth and quality of tomato in greenhouse were studied. The results showed that the effect of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on tomato plant height was not significant. In the leaves, nitrogen content, chlorophyll content and Vc content, was higher in organic fertilizer replacing 30% chemical fertilizer treatment than other treatments. The nitrate and organic acid in the organic fertilizer instead of 30% fertilizer treatment was lower than other treatments. The content of nitrate and organic acid in tomato fruit decreased but tomato production increased with the increase of organic fertilizer.
