摘要
基于SWOT分析法的理论,分析我国基建企业在海外经营中存在的风险与机遇,总结我国基建企业内部所具备的优势以及短板,并针对这些短板提出应对措施,从而推动基建企业的转型升级。
Based on the theory of SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the risks and opportunities existing in the overseas operation of China's infrastructure enterprises,summarizes the internal advantages and disadvantages of China's infrastructure enterprises,and proposes countermeasures against these disadvantages,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of infrastructure enterprises.
