PPP模式下中国基建企业海外经营的SWOT分析与对策研究被引量：1

摘要当前,全球经济步入下行通道,世界各国都在不同程度地削减基础设施投资预算,并不同规模地推广PPP模式来吸引国际范围的社会资本共同推进基础设施项目,这为习惯了以施工总承包及EPC(+F)总承包模式开展海外经营的中国基建企业提出新的机遇与挑战。本文采用SWOT分析法,对我国基建企业在经营模式转型过程中所面对的机遇与威胁(风险),以及中国基建企业的自身优势与不足进行系统分析,并尝试提出相应对策,以期为基建企业平稳健康地转型、实现海外经营的可持续发展提供有益借鉴。
