摘要
互联网的深度应用打破了数据信息交互的局限和壁垒,为人文交流、思想互联、社会互动提供了前所未有的便利和畅通。工会作为职工维权、教育、活动、福利保障的贴心“娘家人”,更应该主动把握互联网时代赋予工会工作的特点和便捷,以大数据、物联网等手段为工会工作插上高效的翅膀。结合各企业工会工作的现状和实践,以国网某省级公司为例,探索“互联网职工服务平台”建设,以建立“工会大数据库”、标准化信息队伍和工会服务线上平台为抓手,实现工会数据互联、平台资源高度共享、服务内容触手可及等目标惠及职工,从而畅通工会信息管理、工会业务管理以及职工服务高效协同,为工会工作注入新的动力。
The in-depth application of Internet breaks through the limitation and barrier of data and information interaction,and provides unprecedented convenience and unblocked for people-to-people Exchange,thought Interconnection and social interaction.Trade Unions,as the close"family members"of the protection of workers'rights,education,activities and welfare,should take the initiative to grasp the characteristics and convenience given to the work of trade unions in the Internet age using big data,the Internet of things,and other tools to put effective wings on trade union work.Combining the current situation and practice of trade union work in various enterprises,taking a provincial company of state-owned network as an example,this paper explores the construction of"Internet Workers Service Platform",taking the establishment of a"big trade union database",standardized information teams and an online service platform for trade unions as a key task,we will realize the goals of Interconnection of trade union data,high-level sharing of platform resources and easy access to service content for the benefit of workers and staff members Thus smooth trade union information management,trade union business management and staff service efficient coordination,for the trade union work into a new impetus.
