摘要
目的:观察三种经口气管插管固定法在重症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取经口气管插管的120例重症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组("工"型胶布固定法)、B组(口插固定器固定法)和C组(寸带固定法),每组40例。比较三组患者插管3 d内的固定,口腔和周围皮肤不良事件发生情况,以及更换装置耗时情况。结果:气管插管3 d后,B组位移率、口腔及周围皮肤不良事件发生率均低于A组和C组,且一人一次更换装置耗时短于A组和C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组和C组的位移率,口腔及周围皮肤不良事件发生率,以及更换装置耗时情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口插固定器固定法应用于经口气管插管重症患者治疗中固定效果好,且对患者口腔及周围皮肤损伤少,更换时耗时短。
Objective:To observe application effects of three orthotracheal intubation fixation methods in critically ill patients.Methods:120 critically ill patients,who underwent orotracheal intubation in the emergency intensive care unit of the hospital,were selected as the subjects.They were divided into group A(“工”shape tape fixation method),group B(orotracheal intubation fixator fixation method),and group C(small band fixation method)according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The fixation conditions within 3 days of intubation,the incidence of adverse events in the oral cavity and surrounding skin,and the time-consuming situation of replacing the device were compared among the three groups.Results:After 3 days of tracheal intubation,the displacement rate and the incidence of adverse events in the oral cavity and surrounding skin the B group were significantly lower than those of the A group and the C group;the time required for one person to replace the device of the B group was shorter than those of the A group and the C group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the displacement rate,the incidence of the adverse events in the oral cavity and surrounding skin and the time consumption of the replacement device between the A group and the C group(P>0.05).Conclusions:The orotracheal intubation fixator fixation method is effective for the treatment of the critically ill patients with orotracheal intubation,and has less damage to the oral cavity and surrounding skin.Moreover,the replacement time is short.
