摘要
目的评价市售薏苡仁饮片的质量。方法依照法定标准对44个企业生产的51批次样品进行检验,采用化学计量学等方法分析检验结果。结果共50批次符合规定,合格率为98.04%,1批次样品黄曲霉毒素超标;化学计量学分析结果显示,样品质量参差不齐、含量差异较大。结论市售薏苡仁饮片总体质量较好,但仍存在一定问题,现行质量标准能基本满足其质量控制需要,有待进一步完善。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Semen Coicis decoction pieces sold in the market.Methods Totally 51 batches of samples produced by 44 manufactures were detected by using the statutory standard,and the test results were analyzed by stoichiometry and other methods.Results Totally 50 batches of samples met requirements,the qualification rate was 98.04%,and aflatoxin in one batch exceeded the standard.The results of stoichiometry analysis showed that the quality of samples was uneven and the content varied greatly.Conclusion The overall quality of Semen Coicis decoction pieces sold in the market is good,but there are still some problems.The current quality standards can meet the quality control,but it still needs to be further improved.
