摘要
通过不同质量浓度的外源抗坏血酸(AsA)浸种处理,对小麦种子发芽率及幼苗生理指标的测定,分析外源抗坏血酸对盐胁迫下商麦1619种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗的发芽势和发芽率显著(P<0.05)下降,各处理的小麦种子发芽率及幼苗的游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈先升后降趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈现先降后升的趋势。与对照相比,0.15 g/L AsA处理的小麦幼苗体内游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、SOD的活性增幅分别为67.5%、70.6%、0.3%,小麦幼苗体内POD的活性是AsA0处理(0.05 g/L ASA)的1.18倍,小麦幼苗体内MDA含量比单独盐胁迫下降低了61.5%。结果表明,添加外源AsA能显著提高盐胁迫下小麦种子发芽率,外施适宜浓度的AsA能缓解盐胁迫对小麦的伤害,且0.15 g/L的AsA缓解效果最佳。
Through different concentration of exogenous ascorbic acid(AsA)seed handling,the wheat seed germination rate and seedling physiological index determination were measured.The effects of exogenous ascorbic acid on germination and seedling growth of wheat 1619 under salt stress were analyzed.The germination potential and germination rate of wheat seedlings under NaCl stress significantly(P<0.05)decreased.The wheat seed germination rate,free proline content of seedling,soluble sugar content,peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,treated with different concentrations of AsA,were the upward trend followed by downward trend.the malondialdehyde(MDA)content showed down first and then up.Compared with CK,the free proline content of wheat seedlings,the soluble sugar content and the activity of SOD increased by 67.5%,70.6%,0.3%respectively when AsA mass concentration was 0.15 g/L.POD activity in wheat seedlings was 1.18 times more than that of AsA0.The content of MDA in wheat seedlings was 61.5%lower than that under salt stress alone.The results showed that adding exogenous AsA could improve the wheat seed germination rate under salt stress,which indicated that the appropriate concentration of AsA could alleviate the harm of salt stress on wheat.The AsA of 0.15 g/L has the best alleviating effect.
