摘要
采用固液萃取法,研究了28 d龄期内植生泡沫混凝土碱度控制方法。采用SAP颗粒作为降碱物质的存储载体,利用其在胶凝材料水化过程中的液相反渗,缓释降碱物质,维持泡沫混凝土内的低碱度。研究采用降碱物质固相干混、不同浓度降碱溶液SAP颗粒预吸等方法制备泡沫混凝土,测试28 d龄期内pH值。SAP颗粒预吸5%以下浓度硼酸溶液后,对泡沫混凝土降碱效果较好,28 d内pH值稳定在9。
The solid-liquid extraction was used to study controlling means of alkalinity for planting foamed concrete in 28 d.The SAP particles were used to store alkalinity reducing material.The liquid would ooze from SAP particles in the hydration process of cementing material and the low alkalinity would be maintained in foamed concrete.The alkalinity reducing material was used to dry mix or absorbed by SAP particles before mixing.The pH vale of foamed concrete was tested in 28 d.When the solution of boric acid was no more than 5%,the pH vale of foamed concrete was about 9.
