摘要
介绍了生态混凝土的概念及应用.以建筑垃圾为骨料制作植被生态混凝土,预制试块经养护后测得其抗压强度为1.0-3.2 MPa、抗折强度为0.2-1.0 MPa、透水系数≥0.5 mm/s、混凝土块孔隙率≥20%;通过实验确定了混凝土块的最优配比、植物培养基的最佳配比和填充方式,并筛选出了最佳草种.结果表明,这种新的植被生态混凝土可用作河道护堤,避免传统铺砌材料造成的生物隔离,并为未来建筑垃圾的处理提供了新的思路.
Eco-concrete is a kind of environmentally friendly vegetable concrete. The conception and application of eco-concrete is presented. Concrete blocks were made from construction wastes. Results show that the environmental friendly concretes made from construction wastes are hard enough to be used in the riverbank, the values of concrete compressive strength and splitting strength range from 1.0-3.2 MPa and 0.2-1.0 MPa respectively, permeability coefficient ≥0.5 mm/s, porosity ratio≥20%. Through experiments the best composition of concrete block and plant culture, the best filling form are determined, the most suitable grass is screened out. This new eco-concrete could be used to protect the riverbank avoiding any biological isolation caused by normal paving concretes. The study provides a new way for construction wastes disposal.
