摘要
基于集成项目交付(IPD)模式研究高铁建设前期的协同管理,提出将目标定义阶段作为高铁建设前期的第一个阶段,分析不同阶段下的团队构成,明确各参与方的角色与责任,并通过成立多方专职协同小组,建立多方联合议会制度,建立以BIM为基础的协同沟通机制,从而搭建IPD模式下的协同管理平台。以安九高铁为案例,展示安九铁路前期建设过程中IPD模式的具体应用,结果表明,将IPD模式引入高铁建设前期,能够有效减少设计变更,提升高铁建设效益。
Based on integrated project delivery(IPD)model,this paper studies the collaborative management of highspeed railway’s pre-construction.Proposes to use target definition phase as the first phase of high-speed railway’s preconstruction and analyzes the team structure under different constitution stages,clarifying the roles&responsibilities of each participant.And then,through the way of establishing the multi-party sole duty syndication team and the multi-party joint parliamentary system to build a BIM-based collaborative communication mechanism and establish a collaborative IPD management platform as well.Then uses the case of Anqing-Jiujiang High-speed Railway to show the specific use of IPD model in the pre-construction of Anqing-Jiujiang High-speed Railway.The results show that the introduction of high-speed railway construction IPD model can effectively reduce pre-design changes and improve the construction efficiency.
