摘要
腰椎间盘突出症是指随着年龄、生活习惯的改变,椎间盘退变率加快,内部所含水分等营养物质流失,弹性减弱,轻微外力下,纤维环破裂,导致髓核突出,压迫神经,从而引起一系列症状。治疗方法包括手术疗法与保守疗法,其中手术治疗创伤大、费用较高且危险系数大,小部分因症状较重经保守治疗无效的患者采用。而保守治疗往往是大多数人的首选,其痛苦少、价格低、绿色、对人体伤害小等深受广大患者喜爱。浮针疗法是保守疗法中的是一种新型治疗方法,能快速缓解疼痛,操作简单安全,能显著提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床大力推广。
lumbar intervertebral disc herniation means that with the change of age and living habits,the rate of intervertebral disc degeneration increases,the loss of nutrients such as internal moisture,the weakening of elasticity,and the rupture of the vascular ring under slight external forces,resulting in the protrusion of the nucleus medulla and the compression of the nerves.Causes a series of symptoms.The treatment methods include surgical therapy and conservative therapy,in which surgical treatment is highly traumatic,expensive and dangerous,and a small number of patients who have been treated with conservative treatment due to severe symptoms.Conservative treatment is often the first choice for most people.Its pain is less,the price is lower,the green,and the human body is less harmful.Float needle therapy is a new treatment method in conservative therapy.It can relieve pain quickly,operate simply and safely,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
