摘要
目的:探讨分析脊柱定点旋转复位法配合浮针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症患者74例,依据数字表法随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用浮针疗法治疗,研究组采用脊柱定点旋转复位法配合浮针疗法治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:通过采用不同的治疗方法,研究组患者的视觉疼痛模拟量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的腰椎功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组和对照组的有效率分别为91.9%、70.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用脊柱定点旋转复位法配合浮针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可以明显减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,提高生存质量,治疗效果更加明显。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of spinal fixation combined with floating needling therapy in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:74 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the digital table method.The control group was treated with floating needle therapy,Rotational reduction method combined with floating needle therapy,compared the two groups of patients observed the treatment effect.Results:The visual pain scale scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group by different treatment methods(P<0.05).The lumbar function of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rates of the study group and the control group were 91.9%and 70.3%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of spinal fixed-point rotary reduction combined with floating needling therapy in treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly reduce the pain level of patients,improve lumbar function,improve quality of life,and the treatment effect is more obvious.
