摘要
目的:观察麻杏荆龙饮联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者按随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组予以麻杏荆龙饮联合孟鲁司特钠片,对照组予以孟鲁司特钠片,治疗2周,对患者的疗效、复发率及不良反应进行总结。结果:治疗组总疗效率高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。治疗组复发率小于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。治疗组不良反应总的发生率较对照组小,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:麻杏荆龙饮联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可改善症状、减少复发率、不良反应发生,临床可予以推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Maxing Jinglong decoction combined with montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:Sixty patients with cough and isotropic asthma who met the criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Maxing Jinglong decoction combined with montelukast sodium tablets.The control group was given montelukast sodium tablets.After 2 weeks of treatment,the patient’s efficacy,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were summarized.Results:The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Jinglong decoction combined with montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of cough variant asthma can improve symptoms,reduce recurrence rate and adverse reactions,and can be promoted and applied clinically.
