摘要
目的:研究分析临床中应用三仁汤治疗肥胖2型糖尿病所具有的效果和安全性。方法:回顾分析2016年5月—2018年5月肥胖2型糖尿病患者87例,根据患者治疗方法的选择将其分为对照组44例、观察组43例。对照组接受常规西医治疗方法及护理模式,观察组在对照组治疗护理基础上配合三仁汤治疗。4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较2组治疗前后血糖水平、肥胖体征变化情况。结果:治疗前,观察组血糖水平、肥胖体征指标较对照组无显著差异;治疗后,2组血糖及肥胖体征指标均有一定改善,但观察组改善幅度更具临床治疗意义,差异有统计学意义。结论:三仁汤在肥胖2型糖尿病临床治疗中的应用,可在常规西药疗效基础上进一步提升患者病情、肥胖程度的改善效果,对患者健康状态的调整具有积极作用,可在临床诊疗中推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical effect and safety of Sanren Decoction in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 87 patients with obese type 2 diabetes from May 2016 to May 2018 was performed.According to the choice of patients’treatment methods,they were divided into 44 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment methods and nursing models.The observation group was treated with Sanren decoction on the basis of the treatment and treatment of the control group.4 weeks is a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the changes of blood glucose level and obesity signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose levels and obesity signs between the observation group and the control group.After treatment,the blood glucose and obesity signs of the two groups were improved,but the improvement of the observation group was more clinically meaningful,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of Sanren decoction in the clinical treatment of obese type 2 diabetes can further improve the patient’s condition and the degree of obesity improvement based on the efficacy of conventional western medicine,and has a positive effect on the adjustment of patients’health status which can be applied in clinical treatment.
