摘要
目的调查手术室护理人员的职业获益感与职业承诺现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法三级综合医院手术室护理人员300名作为调查对象,采用问卷调查方式调查其一般情况、职业获益感与职业承诺水平。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行t检验和Pearson相关性分析。结果护士的职业获益感、职业承诺单项均分为(3.98±0.52)和(2.94±0.55)分,均居中等偏上水平。Pearson相关性分析显示,护士的职业获益感与职业承诺呈明显正相关(r=0.549,P<0.01);Logistic回归分析显示,聘用方式、职称、月薪、夜班频次及职业获益感是职业承诺的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理人员的职业获益感与职业承诺处于中等偏上水平,相互影响,具有正性相互作用。
Objective The present situation of occupational benefit and occupational commitment of operating room nurses was investigated and their correlation was analyzed.Methods Three hundred nurses in operating rooms of a tertiary general hospital were investigated by questionnaire. Their general situation,sense of occupational benefit and level of occupational commitment were investigated. Results The individual items of occupational benefit and occupational commitment of nurses were(3.98±0.52) and(2.94±0.55),both of which were above the average level. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between nurses’ perceived occupational benefit and occupational commitment(r=0.549,P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that employment mode,job title,monthly salary,night shift frequency and perceived occupational benefits were the main influencing factors of occupational commitment(P<0.05). Conclusions The sense of occupational benefit and occupational commitment of operating room nurses are above the average level.
