摘要
为了探究日晒环境对免烫棉织物性能的影响,采用氙灯模拟太阳光辐照,对免烫棉织物进行不同方式的曝晒处理,通过对日晒处理前后试样进行宏观性能和微观结构的对比分析,探究日晒环境对免烫棉织物的结构和性能的影响。结果表明,一定程度的太阳光辐照处理后,纤维断裂程度增大,处理后试样的折皱回复性能、强力均出现一定程度的降低,但日晒处理前后试样的微观结构没有发生较大的变化,表明一定程度的日晒处理不会对免烫棉织物性能造成显著的影响。
In the daily wearing process of anti-creasing cotton fabric,it will inevitably be affected by different environme ntal factors.To explore the in flue nee of sunshine on the properties of an ti-creasi ng cotton fabrics,xenon lamp is used to simulate sun shine irradiatio n to treat anti-creasi ng cott on fabrics in different ways.The effects of sunshine irradiation on the structure and properties of anti-creasing cotton fabrics are investigated by comparing the macro-properties and micro-structures of samples before and after sunshine treatment.The results show that after a certai n degree of sun light irradiation,the degree of fiber breakage in creases while the wrinkle recovery and stre ngth decrease,but the microstructure of the samples before and after sun shine treatme nt has no sign ificant cha nge,which indicates that a certain degree of sunshine treatment will not exert great in fluence on the an ti-creasing cott on fabric.
