欧冶炉开炉降硅降焦比实践的对比分析

摘要 为确保欧冶炉生产系统的平稳运行,欧冶炉开炉后必须实现快速降硅、降焦比。,2019年欧冶炉开炉炉内采取了快速以煤代焦,竖炉引煤气,调整燃料结构等措施,实现了3天内铁水硅素降至2%以内的目标,焦比在开炉当月达到120kg/t水平。 In order to ensure the smooth operation of the production system of OY Furnace,it is necessary to achieve rapid silicon-reduction and coke reduction ratio after the start-up of OY Furnace.In 2019,measures such as replacing coke with coal quickly,using gas from shaft furnace and adjusting fuel structure were adopted in the start-up of OY furnace.The target of reducing silicon content in hot metal to less than 2%in three days was achieved.The coke ratio reached 120 kg/t in the same month of start-up.,
