摘要
对首钢高炉高风温技术应用情况及存在的问题进行了阐述。首钢通过引进国际先进的卡卢金顶燃式和霍戈文内燃式热风炉,采用全烧高炉煤气高温空气燃烧预热技术工艺流程,高炉实现了高风温,降低了焦比。在高风温使用过程中,因出现的热风炉格子砖烧裂、管道腐蚀和炉壳开裂等问题导致风温下降,通过采用修复热风炉格子砖或燃烧器、控制最高拱顶温度、炉壳管道表面红外温度监控,以及稳定风温等方法,保证了高炉高风温的使用。
The paper focus on high blast temperature technology used in Shougangxs BF and existing problems. By adopting the globally advanced Kalugin (top-combustion) hot stoves and Hoogovens (internal combustion) hot stoves, Shougangxs BF realizes high-temperature blast blowing and lower coke rate through BFG and high - temperature air combustion preheating process. However, the stove encounters the problem of checker brick cracking, pipeline corrosion and shell cracking under high blast temperature, resulting in drop of blast temperature. After repairing the checker brick or burner, adequately con trolling the dome highest temperature, and monitoring stove shell and pipe surface temperature via infrared camera, the blast temperature becomes stable, ensuring high temperature blasting for the blast furnace.
