摘要
目的分析中医络病理论在良性前列腺增生临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月—2018年6月80例医院收治的痰瘀阻络型良性前列腺增生患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组40例良性前列腺增生患者仅采用翁沥通胶囊治疗,观察组40例良性前列腺增生患者则在对照组的基础上加入穴位敷贴。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时采用国际前列腺症状评分、中医症状积分以及生活质量评分评价患者治疗前后的疾病症状与生活质量的变化。结果观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后各评分均优于治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组各评分改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医络病理论指导下采用穴位敷贴联合翁沥通胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型良性前列腺增生能够获得较为理想的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者的疾病症状与生活质量,且该方法具有较高的安全性与可操作性。
Objective To analyze the application value of TCM collateral disease theory in the clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collateral type admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,40 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated only with wonglitong capsule,while in the observation group,40 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed,and the changes of disease symptoms and quality of life before and after treatment were evaluated by international prostate symptom score,TCM symptom score and quality of life score.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);each score of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the improvement range of each score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of TCM theory of collaterals disease using acupoint sticking joint wonglitong capsule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding type of benign prostatic hyperplasia can obtain ideal clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the patient's disease symptoms and quality of life,and this method has high security and maneuverability.
