摘要
目的探究心脏彩色多普勒超声检查在高血压性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2016年12月—2018年1月在本院治疗的55例高血压性心脏病患者,作为观察组,同期选取55例健康体检人员作为对照组。同时给予心脏多普勒彩超、心电图检查,对患者的每一项指标进行分析。结果心脏多普勒彩超诊断结果与心电图的相比较而言,可以检测出大部分的左室壁肥厚与左室增大的患者,检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组E/A值、射血分数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组左房内径为(4.01±0.56)mm,左房内径和主动脉径比为(1.19±0.38),与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在检查诊断高血压性心脏病时,心脏彩色多普勒超声优势较大,有检出率高的特点,可以对患者心脏的各指标进行准确地反馈,并能诊断出疾病的发展状况,临床应用价值较高,并且彩色多普勒心脏超声有更为显著的应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 55 patients with hypertensive heart disease who were treated in the hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the observation group.55 healthy received medical examiners were selected as the control group.At the same time,they were given the heart Doppler color ultrasound,ECG examination,then analyze each of the patients’indicators.Results Compared with electrocardiogram diagnosis,the left ventricular enlargement and left ventricular hypertrophy detected by cardiac color Doppler were mostly,and the results were statistically significant different(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in E/A value and ejection fraction between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05);the left atrial diameter of the observation group was(4.01±0.56)mm,and the ratio of left atrial diameter to aortic diameter was(1.19±0.38),which was statistically significant difference from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography has a high detection rate in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,can accurately diagnose the condition,has a certain application value,and the application value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound is more significant.
