摘要
目的探讨超声心动图在老年高血压性心脏病的临床应用价值。方法选取60～80岁高血压组患者37例,同年龄段非高血压组24例作对照,应用彩色多普勒超声对心脏进行探测,检查结果与非高血压组对照分析。结果老年高血压组与非高血压组比较,心脏室间隔(IVS)、左室后壁(LVPW)明显增厚(P<0.01),左房(LA)增大、主动脉(AO)扩张(P<0.01),E/A明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图可作为老年高血压性心脏病的常规检查方法,对临床更准确地了解老年高血压患者心脏结构和功能的变化具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To explore the clinic value of the application of Ultrasound cardiogram in aged patients′ hypertensive heart disease（HHD）. Methods 37 cases were selected from the hypertension disease patients who were age from 60 to 80, and 24 age-matched normal person were chosen in the study, Used the Ultrasound cardiogram to monitor the heart, compared and analyzed the difference between the groups of hypertension and nonhypertension.Results Compare the groups of aged hypertensive heart disease（HHD）and nonhypertensions, the heart IVS and LVPW of the aged patients with hypertensive heart disease（HHD）were thicker（P〈0.01）, and increased significantly in LA,distention of aorta（AO）（P〈0.01）, and E/A reduced significantly, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Ultrasound cardiogram can be used as a regular checking method in aged patients′ hypertensive heart disease（HHD）, and there is important clinic value in learning the changing of the heart structures and functions of aged patients′ hypertensive patients.
