摘要
地方应用型本科院校是为区域经济社会发展培养高素质工程技术人才的重要阵地,该类高校如何使人才培养走向卓越化,一直以来备受社会关注.本文以德州学院卓越人才计划实施专业——食品质量与安全专业人才培养问题为研究对象,从教育教学理念、德育教学模式、实践教学环节、人才培养机制4个方面的教育教学改革入手,探索地方应用型本科院校卓越工程人才培养的有效途径,以期为同类高校的人才培养提供借鉴.
Local Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities are important for training high-quality engineering and technical personnel for the development of regional economy and society.How to make the training of talents become excellent has always attracted much attention from the society.In this paper,the training of excellent engineering talents in Dezhou University,which is a major of food quality and safety,is taken as the research object.Starting with the reform of education and teaching from four aspects:educational teaching concept,moral education teaching mode,practical teaching link and personnel training mechanism,the effective ways of training outstanding engineering talents in Local Applied Undergraduate colleges are explored,with a view to providing talents for similar universities.
