摘要
自动生产线是根据工艺顺序自动完成全部或部分制造过程的生产系统,在机械加工、装配、包装等领域的应用较为广泛,其自动上下料装置尤为重要。根据空调外机装配输送线的实际要求进行自动上下料装置的开发设计,探讨具有推广意义的设计开发方法,重点进行了节拍分析、气动电气的协调设计。实践表明:设计的产品具有精度高、响应快的特点,它对于其他非标自动化系统的设计开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
The automatic production line is a production system that automatically completes all or part of the manufacturing process according to the process sequence.It is widely used in mechanical processing,assembly,packag ing and other fields,and its automatic loading and unloading device is particularly important.In this study,the development and design of the automatic loading and unloading device is carried out according to the actual requirements of the assembly line of the air-conditioner outside machine,and the design and development method with promotion significance is discussed,focusing on the analysis of the beat and the coordinated design of the pneumatic electric.The practice shows that the designed product has the characteristics of high precision and fast response.It has certain reference significance for the design and development of other non-standard automation systems.
