摘要
针对如何提升3.5 GHz的上行覆盖和容量的问题,首先评估了基于2.5 ms双周期帧结构的3.5 GHz频段的覆盖和容量性能,然后从上行覆盖、上行容量、终端复杂度等角度分析了现有方案的性能优劣,并提出采用超级上行技术可以在不增加终端硬件复杂度的前提下,充分利用LTE FDD的闲置频谱资源实现5G TDD系统的上行覆盖和容量的有效提升,最后通过链路预算和系统级仿真,证明了上行增强方案对于3.5 GHz NR网络的上下行性能均有增益。
For improving the uplink coverage and capacity for 3.5 GHz NR system,this paper firstly evaluates the uplink performance of 3.5 GHz system with 2.5ms dual-period frame structure,and then analyzes merits and demerits of the existing solutions in terms of uplink coverage,uplink capacity and the complexity of terminals.In order to make full use of the idle spectrum resources of LTE FDD,this paper proposes an uplink enhancement solution to improve the uplink performance of 5G TDD system without increasing the hardware complexity of terminals.Finally,the link budget and system-level simulation show that the proposed solution improves both uplink and downlink performance for 3.5 GHz NR network.
