摘要
目的探究采取不同的康复手法对脑卒中患侧人工髋关节置换术康复的影响。方法选取2016年08月~2017年09月月收治行患侧人工髋关节置换术的脑卒中患者102例进行研究,根据随机排列表法分成两组,观察组和对照组。其中对照组50例,观察组52例,对照组行常规康复训练手法,观察组在对照组基础上行增强髋关节康复训练手法,观察两组患者1个月和3个月后人工全髋关节疗效评分(Harris评分)。结果观察组治疗前与对照组Harris评分无差异,P>0.05;观察组1个月、3个月后Harris评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用不同康复手法对脑卒中患侧人工髋关节置换术具有明显作用,能够有效促进患者健康恢复,缩短患者康复时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of different rehabilitation modes during the artificial hip replacement. Methods 102 stroke patients undergoing the artificial hip replacement from August 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table,the subjects were assigned to control group（ n = 50）and observation group（ n = 52）. The control group received the conventional rehabilitation modes; on the basis of the former,the observation group received the improved rehabilitation training on the hip joint. After 1 m and 3 m of surgery,the scores of artificial joint function（ Harris scores） were evaluated. Results Before surgery,there were no significant difference in the Harris scores（ P〉0. 05）; after 1 m and 3 m of surgery,the Harris scores in the observation group were significantly better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions During the artificial hip replacement,the improved rehabilitation training modes can efficiently promote the patient＇s recovery and shorten the rehabilitation time. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
