摘要
近年来,吉林省地方高等教育发展较好,这与其财政投入息息相关,但其投入的总体规模仍然偏小,且高等院校的财政收入来源范围较窄,高等院校对其资金的使用效率也不高。应从充分发挥地方政府的主导作用出发,强化高等教育财政投入的力度,确保政策的正确指引,形成结构合理的经费投入结构,促进吉林省高等教育事业更加健康发展。
In recent years,the development of local higher education in Jilin Province is better,which is closely related to its financial input,but the overall scale of its investment is still small,and the scope of financial income sources of colleges and universities is relatively narrow,and the use efficiency of their funds is not high.Starting from giving full play to the leading role of local governments,they should strengthen the financial input of higher education,ensure the correct guidance of policies,form a reasonable structure of funds input,and promote the healthy development of higher education in Jilin Province.
