摘要
人口变动是影响义务教育供给的一个重要因素。近些年,吉林省的人口呈现负增长状态,义务教育学龄人口数量也逐渐减少。同时,义务教育学龄人口从农村向城镇、从小城市向大城市转移,加剧了义务教育供给的不均衡。因此,相关部门需做好学龄人口预测工作,以便提前统筹规划义务教育供给;同时,义务教育供给规模压力减小,相关部门可将更多资源用于义务教育质量提升。
Population loss is an important factor behind the decline in numbers of children in compulsory education.In recent years,the negative growth of the population in Jilin Province has led to a decline in the compulsory education school-age population.Meanwhile,the school-age population of compulsory education has migrated from rural to urban areas and from smaller to bigger cities,which has caused the imbalance in the compulsory education school-age population.Therefore,the departments concerned need to carry out the schoolage population census so as to do the planning for the children to enter compulsory education in advance.Since the pressure on compulsory education has eased,departments concerned can mobilize more resources to improve the teaching quality of compulsory education.
