摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素23(IL23)在子宫内膜息肉中的表达情况,为进一步探索子宫内膜息肉形成的原因和发病机制提供实验依据。方法随机选取2016年4月至2018年4月于南方科技大学医院妇产科收治的子宫内膜息肉患者的子宫内膜息肉组织和正常子宫内膜组织,采用免疫组化方法和蛋白印迹方法检测IL23在子宫内膜息肉组织和正常子宫内膜组织中的分布情况及表达水平,采用SPSS.22软件分析IL23与子宫内膜息肉各临床病理特征之间的相关关系。结果IL23的表达可见于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和间质细胞的细胞质中;子宫内膜息肉组织中IL23表达阳性率较正常子宫内膜组织降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);相关性分析显示,IL23的表达与阴道分泌物镜检异常(r=-0.298,P=0.035)和阴道不规则出血(r=-0.258,P=0.033)均呈负相关,但与患者年龄、孕次、产次、息肉直径、息肉位置及息肉个数均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论IL23的表达与子宫内膜息肉的发生和临床表现存在显著关联性,研究IL23与子宫内膜息肉之间的关系有助于阐明子宫内膜息肉发病的分子机制。
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin 23 in endometrial polyps,and to provide experimental basis for further exploring the causes and pathogenesis of endometrial polyps.Methods We randomly selected specimens of EP and normal endometrial tissues diagnosed at the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital,south university of science and technology,from April 2016 to April 2018.IL23 protein expression was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining and western blotting,and the correlation between IL23 and clinicopathological characteristics of EP was analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results The positive expression of IL23 was found in cytoplasm of endometrial glandular epithelial cells and stroma cells.The positive rate of IL23 protein in the EP significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.01),significantly negative associations were identified between IL23 expression and abnormal leucorrhea(P=0.035)and abnormal menstruation(P=0.033),however,no significant correlation were found between IL23 expression and age,polyps diameter,polyps location,polyps number,pregnancy and birth times(P>0.05).Conclusion There was a significant correlation between the expression of IL23 and clinicopathological parameters of EP,the study on the relationship between IL23 and EP may contribute to understand the molecular mechanism in EP.
