摘要 目的检测IL-23在鼻息肉(nasal polyp,NP)组织中的表达,探讨其在鼻息肉发病中的作用。方法收集15例鼻息肉标本(NP组)和15例在鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术中根据需要部分切除下鼻甲黏膜组织(对照组),分别采用免疫组织化学方法和RT-PCR方法检测两组IL-23蛋白和IL-23p19mRNA表达水平。结果 NP组IL-23蛋白阳性表达炎性浸润细胞数明显多于对照组,单位目标面积光密度均值(0.321±0.023)明显高于对照组(0.199±0.011),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);IL-23p19mRNA表达水平(0.676±0.077)明显高于对照组(0.212±0.015),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论IL-23可能在参与了NP发病过程。 Objective To investigate the expression and role of interleukin-23(IL-23) in nasal polyp patients.Methods NP tissues of 15 nasal polyp(NP) patients and 15 simple deviations of normal inferior turbinate tissues of nasal septum patients were collected.mRNA and protein expression of IL-23 were detected by means of immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.Results Immunohistochemistry staining demonstrated that there were far more IL-23 positive cells in NP patients than in normal controls.The average expression level of IL-23 protein in NP tissues(0.321±0.023) was significantly different(P0.01) from that of normal inferior turbinate tissues(0.199±0.011).RT-PCR demonstrated that the average expression level of IL-23p19mRNA in NP tissues(0.676±0.077) was significantly different(P0.01) from that in normal inferior turbinate tissues(0.212±0.015).Conclusions IL-23 may be involved in the chronic inflammation of NP.
