基于排队论的风电场系统最优成组维修决策

摘要 针对风电场中由于维修准备成本过高导致的运维不经济的问题,基于风电场中多台风电机组之间的经济相关性提出多设备系统的成组维修优化策略。在考虑风电场时变性和高昂维修准备成本的基础上,分析了维修准备成本和停机损失之间的权衡关系,利用排队论元素描述了风电场中发生停机性故障的风电机组的成组维修排队模型,并将成组维修与单台风电机组发生故障立即维修的传统维修方式相比,以节省维修成本最大为目标建立了风电场多设备系统的最优成组维修决策模型。通过数值实验和灵敏度分析验证了该模型的正确性和有效性,算例分析结果证明,与传统维修方式相比,该模型对于降低风电场维修成本效果显著。 Aiming at the problem of low economic on maintenance and operation which caused by high setting-up maintenance in wind farm,the group maintenance optimization strategy of multi-device system of was proposed based on the economic correlation among multi-wind turbines.Considering the time-varying of wind farm and high setting-up cost of maintenance,the trade-off relationship between setting-up cost of maintenance and downtime losses was analyzed,and the maintenance queuing model of wind turbines with shutdown failure was described by queuing theory.The group maintenance optimization model for wind farm multi-device system was established with maximizing the maintenance save cost by comparing with the traditional maintenance strategy that single wind turbine failed immediately to repair.The feasibility and correctness of proposed model was verified by numerical experiments and sensitivity analysis,and the results of example analysis showed that the proposed model had a significant effect on reducing the maintenance cost of wind farm compared with the traditional maintenance methods.
