黑水虻餐厨虫沙替代豆粕对罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、体成分和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:11

摘要 试验旨在研究黑水虻餐厨虫沙替代豆粕对罗非鱼生长性能、体成分和血清生化指标的影响,探讨使用黑水虻餐厨虫沙替代豆粕的可行性。在基础饲料(含豆粕35.0%,豆粕粗蛋白质含量为45.59%)中,用黑水虻餐厨虫沙分别替代0(G0组)、10%(G10组)、20%(G20组)、30%(G30组)、40%(G40组)和50%(G50组)的豆粕,配制成6种等氮等能的试验饲料,将840尾初始体重为2.02 g左右的罗非鱼幼鱼随机分为6组(每组设4个重复,每个重复35尾),分别投喂对应的试验饲料,试验期为53 d。结果显示:黑水虻餐厨虫沙替代豆粕提高了罗非鱼幼鱼的增重率、特定生长率,其中G10组增重率和特定生长率显著高于G0组(P<0.05),各组饲料系数和存活率无显著差异(P>0.05)。罗非鱼幼鱼的肥满度、肝体比、腹脂指数无显著差异(P>0.05),但G20组和G40组幼鱼的脏体比显著低于G0、G10组和G50组(P<0.05)。与G0组相比,各试验组全鱼粗蛋白质、水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但G30组粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05);全鱼粗灰分、钙、总磷含量随着替代量的增加而增加。与G0组相比,试验组血清白蛋白、球蛋白、总蛋白、尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三酯无显著差异(P>0.05),但G30组血糖显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在豆粕用量为35%的基础饲料中,黑水虻虫沙替代豆粕的水平可达50%,对罗非鱼生长性能有促进作用,替代10%水平的豆粕时生长性能最佳(P<0.05),并且当替代水平达20%时,罗非鱼全鱼粗灰分、钙、总磷含量显著提高。 The purpose of this study was to study the effects of Hermetia illucens larvae culture residue meal on Oreochromis growth performance, body composition and serum biochemical indexes, and to explore the feasibility of Hermetia illucens larvae culture residue meal instead of soybean meal. On the basis of practical feed(containing 35.0% soybean meal, the crude protein content of soybean meal was 45.59%), substitute 0(G0), 10%(G10),20%(G20), 30%(G30), 40%(G40) and 50%(G50)soybean meal with Hermetia illucens larvae culture residue meal, respectively. 6 kinds of experimental feeds with isonitrogenous and isoenergetic were compounded. A total of 840 Oreochromis with an initial body weight of 2.02 g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 35 fish per replicate.The experiment lasted for 53 d. The results showed that: the replacement of soybean meal by Hermetia illucens larvae culture residue meal increased the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of tilapia, among which the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of G10 group were significantly higher than that of G0 group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in feed coefficient and survival rate of each group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the CF,HIS and IPF of tilapia(P>0.05), but VSI of tilapia in G20 and G40 groups was significantly lower than that in G0, G10 and G50 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the G0 group, the crude protein and Moisture content of body were not significantly different(P>0.05), but the crude fat content of the G30 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the ash, calcium and total phosphorus content of body were increased with the increase of the replacement levels. Compared with the G0 group, there were no significant differences in serum albumin, globulin, total protein, urea nitrogen, cholesterol, triglyceride in the test group(P>0.05), but the blood glucose in the G30 group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).
