摘要
目的探讨持续性吸入布地奈德对哮喘患儿骨密度和骨代谢的影响。方法将2015年3月至2016年3月我院收治的122例哮喘患儿作为观察组,93例健康儿童作为对照组。观察组儿童给予吸入布地奈德气雾剂持续治疗12个月。比较两组儿童入组时、入组6个月和12个月时,胫骨中段、桡骨末端1/3处骨骼内传导的声波速度(SOS)以及血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和全段甲状旁腺素(iPTH)水平的变化。结果两组儿童入组时、入组6个月和12个月时各部位SOS以及血清钙、磷、ALP和iPTH水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2~7岁的哮喘患儿持续性吸入布地奈德12个月不会给其骨密度和骨代谢带来明显的影响。
Objective To explore the influence of continuous budesonide aerosol on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in asthma children.Methods One hundred and twenty-two asthma children were selected as observation group,93 healthy children were selected as control group.The children in observation group received continuous therapy of budesonide aerosol for 12 months.The bone speed of sound in middle tibia and third ultradistal radius,the levels of serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)before medication,6 and 12 months after medication in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of SOS,serum calcium,phosphorus,ALP and iPTH before medication,6 and 12 months after medication in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Continuous budesonide aerosol for 12 months has no obvious influence on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in asthma children.
