摘要
相对于职业专业教育而言,我国对职业基础教育的研究极少,即我国基础教育“学术性”丰盈有余、“职业性”严重不足,导致职业教育的“基础性”弱化甚至处于缺位状态。基于职业教育发展导向偏移、职业教育的工具理性危机、职业选择错位严重等现实问题,困境之源追溯至尚道轻技的文化根源、对人才职业成长规律的认知缺失、传统主导课程的霸权等因素。因此,亟待加大职业文化的营造与培育,建立普职融合的教育制度,推进职前社会化教育,以此弥补受教育者职业成长过程中职业启蒙元素的缺失,推进我国职业基础教育的回归。
Compared with vocational education,there is little research on vocational basic education in China.That is,basic education in China is full of"academization"but lack of"professionalization",which leads to the"basic"weakening or even being absence in vocational education.Based on such practical problems,such as the deviation of vocational education development orientation,the crisis of instrumental rationality of vocational education,and the serious dislocation of vocational choice,all the source of the dilemma can be traced back to the cultural root of values knowledge over technology,the lack of cognition about the regular pattern of talent growth,and the hegemony of traditional dominant courses.In this regard,it is urgent to increase the construction and cultivation of vocational culture,establish an education system that integrates general education and vocational education and promote the socialization of pre-employment education,so as to bridge the gap of vocational enlightenment elements in the career growth of the educated,and promote the return of vocational basic education in China.
