摘要
文章通过划分休闲产业范围,探索性地构建了休闲产业发展评价指标体系,包括服务设施、需求潜力、经营绩效和支持环境4个一级指标和35个二级指标。结合我国30个省(市、区)的指标数据,对2000—2017年间各省(市、区)的休闲产业发展水平进行评价和分析。研究结果表明:各省(市、区)休闲产业发展水平排名变化较小,已呈现固化态势;各省(市、区)休闲产业发展水平差异显著,整体上呈现出由东向西递减的空间格局。据此,文章从政府推动、休闲产业人均增长、休闲产业集聚区建立等角度,提出了政策建议。
By defining the scope of leisure industry,the paper exploratorily constructs the evaluation index system of leisure industry which includes four primary indicators namely service infrastructure,demand potential,business performance and supporting environment and 35 secondary indicators.Then,combined with the data of 30 provinces in mainland,the paper analyzes and evaluates the leisure industry development in these provinces during 2000-2017.The results show that,first,the ranking of leisure industry level in 30 provinces varied little,and has shown a solidification trend;second,the development of leisure industry in 30 provinces is uneven,which present the spatial pattern of decreasing from the east to the west.On the basis,the paper puts forward some policy recommendations from the perspective of government promotion,per capita growth of leisure industry,and leisure industry cluster establishment.
