不同辐板结构对机车牵引齿轮齿面接触影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 将机车牵引齿轮辐板结构分为刚性辐板、薄直辐板和薄斜辐板3种结构,采用Romax仿真软件建立机车驱动系统模型进行了齿面接触分析和加载试验。仿真和试验研究结果表明,不同辐板结构对机车牵引齿轮齿面接触应力有不同影响。刚性辐板结构齿轮受载后由于辐板几乎不变形,齿轮啮合错位量最大,齿面接触应力也最大;直薄辐板结构齿轮受载后,齿轮啮合错位量略小,因此齿面接触应力也略小于刚性辐板结构;而薄斜辐板结构齿轮受载后辐板变形较大,使齿轮啮合错位量在三者中最小,从而显著降低齿面接触应力,提高了齿轮强度和寿命。 The spoke structure of locomotive gears is divided into three categories:rigid spoke structure,straight-thin spoke structure,and lean-thin spoke structure.By using Romax software,the tooth contact analysis and loading test are performed for all the three categories under the locomotive drive system mode.The results show that the spoke structure has different influence on locomotive tooth contact stress.The rigid spoke structure has almost zero distortion but largest meshing misalignment and tooth contact stress when loading.However,the straight-thin spoke structure has smaller meshing misalignment which leads to smaller tooth contact stress than rigid spoke structure.Moreover,the lean-thin spoke structure has the largest distortion but the smallest meshing misalignment when loading,therefore the tooth contact stress of this structure is significantly reduced,which improves the gear strength and lifetime.
