摘要
目的:观察化痰活血降压汤治疗痰浊血瘀型轻中度高血压的临床疗效。方法:将60例轻度高血压患者与60例中度高血压患者分别随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例(共4组)。治疗组予苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合化痰活血汤治疗,对照组单纯予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。均以4周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后各组血压的变化。结果:治疗后各组收缩压与舒张压均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。轻度及中度治疗组总有效率均高于相应对照组(P<0.05)。轻度治疗组与中度治疗组总有效率比较,轻度治疗组明显优于中度治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:中药化痰活血汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片能提高苯磺酸氨氯地平片的降压效果,且对于轻度高血压患者疗效更显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Huoxue Jiangya decoction on mild to moderate hypertension of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients with mild hypertension and 60 cases of patients with moderate hypertension were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group(4 groups in total).The treatment group was treated with amLodipine besylate tablets combined with Huatan Huoxue decoction,while the control group was treated simply with amLodipine besylate tablets.4 weeks as a course of treatment.The changes of blood pressure before and after treatment were observed in each group.Results:After treatment and in each group,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those before treatment(P﹤0.05).In mild and moderate treatment groups,the total effective rate was higher than in corresponding control group(P﹤0.05).Compared the total effective rate between mild treatment group and moderate treatment group,the mild treatment group was significantly better than the moderate treatment group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Huoxue decoction of TCM combined with amLodipine besylate tablets can further enhance the antihypertensive effect of amLodipine besylate tablets,and has more significant effect on patients with mild hypertension.
