摘要
在国家层面,学生的职业核心素养是“全面发展的人”,可以概括为三个维度、六大素养、十八个基本观测点。中职学生职业核心素养源于职业教育与国际教育改革同步发展和家长与学生对学生个体发展的两个需要。在基本内涵上,中职学生发展职业核心素养不是发展职业专业素养和职业基础素养,而是发展有关职业交往和职业活动的核心知识、技能和情感,具体体现为六大素养,即:学会学习、科学精神、责任担当、人文底蕴、实践创新、健康生活。中等职业学校可以采用利于学生成长的五阶段的培养方式。探索课程改革,开发地方教材,探索教学改革,推广采用项目化教学,可以有效、全面地促使学生成为职场中的优秀人才。
At the national level,the students'core literacy is the"all-round development of people",which can be summarized as three dimensions,six accomplishments and eighteen basic observation points.Secondary vocational school students'core professional qualities originate from the simultaneous development of vocational education and international education reform,and the needs of parents and students for the students'individual development.In terms of basic connotation,the development of vocational core literacy of secondary vocational school students is not to develop vocational professional literacy and basic professional literacy,but to develop core knowledge,skills and emotions related to professional contacts and professional activities,which are embodied in six qualities:learning to learn,scientific spirit,responsibility,humanistic content,practical innovation and healthy life.Secondary vocational schools can adopt a five-stage training mode that is conducive to the growth of the students.Exploring curriculum reform,developing local textbooks,exploring teaching reform and promoting project-based teaching can effectively and comprehensively promote the students to become excellent talents in the workplace.
