摘要 高职院校开展基于内部质量保证的专业诊断,激发专业发展的内生动力是高等职业教育发展的必然要求,通过分析专业诊断指标设置存在的问题,提出指标设置思路,围绕高等职业院校的专业人才培养使命,从专业目标定位的契合度、资源条件的支撑度、人才培养目标的达成度、专业发展的显示度、社会服务的贡献度等五个维度研究诊断指标的设置,并探索开展专业诊断的方法,为高职院校开展专业诊改工作提供参考。 Professional Diagnostic based on internal quality assurance is being launched in higher vocational colleges to motivate professional development,which is the inevitable requirement of higher vocational education development.By analyzing problems in professional diagnostic index setting to putting forward index setting thoughts and centred on professional personnel training mission in higher vocational colleges,this article studies settings of diagnostic index from five such dimensions as professional target positioning,support of resource conditions,achievement of talent training objectives,display of professional development and contribution to social services and explores approaches to provide references for professional diagnosis in higher vocational colleges.
