摘要
终身教育理念下,为学习者提供更多的学习机会和选择权,培育学习者终身学习的态度与能力成为高等学校的重要人才培养使命。为此,高校在课程设置上要遵循多样性原则、衔接性原则、灵活开放原则和探索性原则;重塑课程目标,由'行为性'目标转变为'表现性'。目标;课程的价值取向应坚持'以学习者为中心,促进个人终身可持续发展';课程结构要弹性灵活,以提高学习的自由度和选择权,满足学习者多样化、个性化的学习需求;课程的设计和实施要以培养学习者的终身学习态度和能力为基准。
Under the idea of lifelong education,the important mission for the institution of higher education is to provide more learning opportunities and options for learners,cultivate the learners’lifelong learning attitude and competence.To this end,curriculum choice should be multiple,continuous,flexible and explorary.And the aim of curriculum should be switch from behavior to express.The view oritention should be learner centered and promote individual lifelong development.Thus we should set flexible curriculum structure to meet the learners’diverse and personalized needs,the design and execution of the curriculum should be based on the training of lifelong education attitude and competence of the learners.
