不同蛋白源饲料对克氏原螯虾生长及胰岛素生长因子受体基因表达的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨饲料中不同蛋白源(菜籽粕、发酵豆粕、鸡肉粉、肉骨粉)替代50%鱼粉对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)生长、消化酶活性及生长轴基因表达的影响。以克氏原螯虾(9.84±0.49)g为研究对象,将其分为5组(对照组、菜籽粕组、发酵豆粕组、鸡肉粉组、肉骨粉组),分别投喂不同蛋白源的实验饲料,养殖周期6周。结果显示:发酵豆粕组的增重率最高,但与对照组差异不显著;菜籽粕组的增重率显著低于对照组。发酵豆粕组、鸡肉粉组和肉骨粉组的肝胰脏蛋白酶活性与对照组差异不显著,菜籽粕组肝胰脏蛋白酶活性显著性低于对照组;发酵豆粕组脂肪酶活性最高,但与对照组差异不显著。发酵豆粕组小肠的胰岛素生长因子受体(IGF1R)相对表达量与对照组差异不显著,但显著高于其他三组;菜籽粕组、发酵豆粕组和肉骨粉组肝脏的IGF1R相对表达量显著高于对照组。结果表明:比较4种蛋白源替代50%鱼粉,发酵豆粕效果最佳,肉骨粉和鸡肉粉次之,菜籽粕最差。 This study evaluated the effects of different protein sources feed,including rapeseed meal(RM),fermented soybean meal(FSM),poultry by-product meal(PBM),and bone meal(BM)on growth,digestive enzyme activity and growth axis gene expression of Procambarus clarkii.The initial average body weight was(9.84±0.49)g.The experiment was divided into five groups(Control,RM,FSM,PBM and BM)for rearing 6 weeks.The results showed that the weight gain rate of FSM group was the highest,which had no significant difference compared with control group.The growth rate of RM group was significantly lower than that of control group.There was no significant difference in the protease activity of hepatopancreas between the FSM,PBM and BM group.The protease activity of hepatopancreas of RM group was significantly lower than that of control group.Lipase activity in FSM group was the highest,but there had not significant difference with that in control group.The relative expression of IGF1R in the small intestine of FSM group was not significantly different with that of the control group.However,it was significantly higher than that of the other three groups.IGF1R relative expression in liver of RM,FSM and BM group were significantly higher than that in control group.As a conclusion,compared with the effect from the four protein sources,the FSM was the best,PBM and BM was the second,and the RM was the worst.
