摘要
介绍了一种汽车传感器智能标定复测装置的设计。它主要由下位机单片机控制器和PC端上位机界面,以及配套压力控制器、管路等组成,主要用于汽车压力传感器的在线标定以及复测筛选功能。它取代了原有的繁琐标定和复测、判别筛选工序,可一键式自动完成24颗传感器的标定、复测、筛选功能。避免了人工操作下的效率低、易漏检、易误判等不良因素。目前本装置已经在生产线上稳定使用,极大提高了生产效率和产品质量。
This paper introduces the design of an intelligent calibration retesting device for automobile sensors.It is mainly composed of the controller of the lower microcomputer and the upper computer interface of the PC,as well as the supporting pressure controller and pipeline,and is mainly used for the online calibration and retesting and screening functions of the automotive pressure sensor.It replaces the original cumbersome calibration and re-testing,discrimination screening process,can automatically complete the calibration,re-testing,screening function of 24 sensors.It avoids the bad factors such as low efficiency,easy inspection,and easy misjudgment under manual operation.At present,the device has been used steadily on the production line,greatly improving the production efficiency and product quality.
