摘要
随着黄陵矿业公司一号煤矿采掘系统的不断延伸,综采工作面供电距离不断增加、总装机容量较大,加之负荷变化波动,使得综采工作面供电线路功率因数长期在0.6~0.8之间波动,大量的无功电流在线路中传输,造成综采工作面压降大、设备启动难、电能损耗大、资源浪费严重。因此,针对井下长距离电缆供电造成终端用电设备的功率因数低、系统中存在大量无功负荷等问题,积极开展煤矿井下远距离SVG无功补偿技术研究,有效解决了以上诸多问题;同时还大大降低了因供电系统产生无功电流导致设备绝缘下降进而引发的漏电及短路故障等电气事故。
With the continuous extension of production system in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine,the power supply distance and total installed capacity of fully mechanized mining face are increasing,which makes the power factor of power supply line fluctuate between 0.6 and 0.8 for a long time,resulting in large voltage drop,difficult start-up of equipment,large power loss and serious waste of resources in fully mechanized mining face.Therefore,aiming at the problems of low power factor and large amount of reactive power load caused by long-distance power supply in underground coal mine,the long-distance SVG reactive power compensation technology was carried out,which effectively solved the above problems,and reduced the leakage and short-circuit faults caused by reactive current in power supply system.
