摘要
国家电网公司在特高压交流输电领域积累了大量的工程建设和运行经验,取得了多项具有自主知识产权的特高压交流输电技术成果,并制定了相应的行业与国家标准。针对很多国际标准缺乏特高压相关内容的现状,国家电网公司积极推进特高压交流输电标准的国际化工作,并实质性参与制定或修订国际标准。对国家电网公司特高压交流输电技术的研究及标准编制情况进行了跟踪,总结了国家电网公司特高压交流输电标准国际化工作的现状以及取得的成绩,梳理了国际电工技术委员会(IEC)的特高压交流输电标准需求,并提出了需求较大的IEC标准的修订建议,为我国后续的特高压交流输电标准国际化工作提供技术储备。
State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） accumulated a large amount of engineering experiences of construction and running in the field of ultra high voltage AC （UHVAC） power transmission, and made great achievements on UHVAC power transmission technologies with independent intellectual property rights. Besides, SGCC developed several industry and national standards based on the achievements. Due to the problem of lack of relative UHV contents in many international standards, SGCC vigorously promotes the globalization works of UHVAC power transmission standards, and substantively participate in developing international standards. This paper tracked the research progresses and standard development situation of UHVAC power transmission technology of SGCC. Moreover, the current situation and achievements of globalization works of UHVAC power transmission standards of SGCC was summarized. In addition, the needs of UHVAC power transmission technology standards of International Electrotechnical Commission （IEC） were also sorted out. Finally, the revision suggestions on IEC standards with large needs were proposed, which provide technology accumulations to future globalization works of China UHVAC power transmission standards.
