摘要 培养目标是一个专业教学设计的最顶层,培养目标引领毕业要求、课程体系、师资队伍等各个方面。对培养目标达成度的评价是工程教育专业认证中的核心环节。但目前国内大多数高校对于培养目标达成度的评价尚未形成成熟的方法与机制。本文按照反向设计原则,以我校电子信息工程专业为例,提出了一种以需求为引导,采用Borich需求评估模型进行培养目标达成度评价的方法。 The talent cultivation objective is the top level of teaching design of the major,and the talent cultivation objectives guide graduation requirements,curricula system,teaching staff and other aspects.Achievement evaluation of talent cultivation objectives is the core of engineering education accreditation.However,there is no mature method and mechanism to evaluate the achievement of talent cultivation objectives.In this paper,a case of the major of electronic information engineering of our university is studied.This paper proposes needs as the guide in accordance with the principle of reverse design,and a method how to evaluate the achievement of talent cultivation objectives by using Borich needs assessment model is introduced.
