摘要
为了探讨恒低温养护温度、龄期对全轻聚丙烯纤维混凝土(all-lightweight concrete,ALWC)力学性能的影响,以LC30级为例,对混凝土在恒低温下养护至目标龄期后,分别进行抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈拉强度、弹性模量、应力-应变曲线试验,分析其一般力学性能随养护温度、龄期的变化规律。结果表明,随着养护温度升高和龄期增长,混凝土的特征强度和弹性模量均得到不同程度提高;养护温度低于-20℃时,特征强度损失50%以上;应力-应变曲线上随峰值应力的增大,峰值应变的增幅逐渐减小。其次,给出了各种特征强度与养护温度和龄期之间的相互关系式。
In order to investigate the effect of constant low-temperature curing temperature and age on the mechanical properties of all-lightweight polypropylene fiber concrete,taking LC30 as an example,after the concrete is cured at constant low-temperature to the target age,compressive strength,axial compressive strength,tensile strength,Elastic modulus,stress-strain curve test to analyze the variation of general mechanical properties with curing temperature and age.The results show that with the increase of curing temperature and age,the characteristic strength and elastic modulus of concrete are improved in different degrees.When the curing temperature is lower than-20℃,the characteristic strength loss is more than 50%;the rate of increase decreases with the increase of peak stress on the stress-strain curve.Secondly,the relationship between various characteristic intensities and curing temperatures and ages is given.
